I recently completed a new site for Ann Crouch of Crouch Fine Arts. The site is a minimalist design that reflects Ann’s wish is to let the art speak for itself. I have broken with my love for descriptive text to drive search traffic. The site is a landing page for traffic generated from magazine advertising running in Southwest Art and other publications.
Ann paints to music, thoughts and memories. The paintings are a movement of color in oil or acrylics, painted to her thoughts at the time and the music filling the quiet of the night at her easel. It is an uninterrupted time when her thoughts are not disturbed. It is a beautiful experience for her and she hopes you will find joy and pleasure in her abstracts also.
Ann does not name her abstracts. They are numbered. She does not want to influence your thoughts of what they are, what they mean, their color, movement or even orientation. She want them to be felt personally by the viewer.
I also produced a short video highlighting Ann’s work. Check it out, I think you will enjoy it!
